We were given excellent service by the very friendly Matt, who showed great patience in helping us find the right vehicle to suit our needs. This was while we were going through a whirlwind of transition, constantly delaying the purchase. Not to mention, I think we tried half the cars on the lot..

From start to finish the car buying experience with STRONG Auto was second to none. They didn't hesitate to correct a small issue we had with the advertised vs. purchased vehicle, and 2 months in we are still loving the car as much as we did day 1.

We worked with Jackie. He was friendly and helpful. He went over the settings, knobs, buttons, & touch screen with me so I was comfortable driving my new vehicle. He had our vehicle re-"detailed." He even dried it off himself while we were waiting.

The financial office was quick and painless. Offered extended warranty but was not pushy at all about it. Just let us know what's available.

The waiting area had a large tv, complimentary coffee & a water fountain. They also have snack & beverage machines. It had a large comfortable couch, several books (children and adults) also building blocks and toy school bus and fire truck which kept my kiddos occupied. Nice touch!

The bathroom was reasonably clean and well stocked.

We would recommend stopping in this place if you're in the Lexington area.

Following an accident I was in need of another car and Strong Auto was the first place I thought of. Once again I found a great car but I did have some concerns. I wanted to say thank you to Luis and all of the other staff that is helping me. This day and time it is truly remarkable to know whole hearted businesses still exist.

I ended up getting a Jeep Wrangler from them a week ago, when I was test driving it the tires were loud. Never really driving in a vehicle like this with mud tires, I thought it was just the type of tire making it loud. Come to find out when I got it home the tread was messed from something called cupping or feathering, I brought this to the attention of the staff as well as a headlamp with condensation that formed in it that wasn't there when I got it. It was to my relief that the staff at Strong was more than willing to work with me on these issues to get it resolved. I highly recommend going to see anyone of the team members there.

Gotta say I'm impressed and extremely pleased with my experience here. I pretty much gave up on people as a whole when it came to expecting honesty, and integrity. This place and it's staff are professional and actually want you to be happy and satisfied. They're straightforward and won't try to push something on you you don't want.
Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had.
The decision to buy any future vehicles from these folks was cemented today.
Great inventory to choose from. If they don't have what you want on the lot they'll make every effort to get it.
